Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

• Purchased within the last 30 days
• In original, unused condition with all tags attached
• Include original packaging and any included accessories
• Not customized or personalized items (unless defective)
• Not final sale or clearance items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of purchase. Items received after this period may not be accepted.

For items purchased during our holiday sales, the return window may be extended. Please contact us for specific details.

To start a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@emmahelencreative.co.nz with your order number
2. Provide photos of the item and packaging if requested
3. Receive a return shipping label via email
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Attach the return label and drop off at any NZ Post location
6. Track your return using the provided tracking number

Return shipping is free for defective items. For other returns, customers may cover return shipping costs.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and desired exchange
2. We'll provide a return shipping label for the original item
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship the replacement item
4. Exchange shipping is free for defective or incorrect items

Exchanges for different items are subject to availability and price differences may apply.
